Floy Work Floy engages in work she loves, guiding organizations in the cost-effective, efficient delivery of customer-friendly services—and has for 30 years (the organizations she’s worked with have the awards to prove their success, too)! Work has a unique blend of theoretical education (a degree in Human Development and Learning) and decades of front-line experience (as business owner and director of an internationally recognized NGO). Always, it’s blending business best practices with the “human factor” that Floy most enjoys. “Every organization exists to serve people. It’s an honor to provide business consulting and training that helps people improve their performance and their bottom lines, too.”

Chris Volf "Helping people and organizations manage change is fun – and challenging!” Chris seeks to understand how systems work and has throughout her professional life—for the State of Georgia, for social service agencies and community coalitions, and with consulting clients. Swimming upstream of traditional ideas, Volf has decades of management, training and organizational development experience with businesses, governmental agencies and NGOs. A recognized leader throughout her career, Chris believes in using teams to create award-winning solutions to challenges of efficiency and productivity and that the tension between the global economy and human values translates into opportunities for lifelong learning.

Butch Volf Butch brings decades of successful business experience to Work Volf Consultants. He managed individuals, teams, projects and budgets as former Vice President of Transmission Services for Santee Cooper. His community relationships run deep: Volf is a Board member of the SC World Trade Center and Citadel graduate with an MBA from Webster University. Butch enjoys connecting businesses with Work Volf’s Business Improvement Services and representing Work Volf in the community.

Kelley Hwang "I fell in love with research and systems working on my doctorate. As development director for a large human service organization, I forged links to solid funding sources and worked on fund raising campaigns via my research.” Kelley is Work Volf Consultants' command central. "I manage the administration of projects and direct the web-based surveys and research components of the firm's work. Our ability to stay abreast of changing technologies and information adds value for our clients. Often we can stretch their dollars with virtual consulting services. That's critical in today's tight business markets."
